Refund Policy

Trial Class

If you are not satisfied with your trial class, contact us within 48 hours and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Course Packs (Standard & Intensive)

• Within 7 days of purchase, before any class taken: Full refund.
• Within 7 days of purchase, after 1 class taken: Refund of unused sessions minus the trial class rate (₹4,500 / €49 / $52).
• After 7 days, or after 2+ classes: No refund. Unused sessions may be transferred to another person or rescheduled within 3 months.

Cancellation by IIOFL

If IIOFL cancels a session (illness, force majeure), the session will be fully rescheduled at no cost. Persistent cancellations (3+ in a row) entitle the student to a pro-rata refund.

How to Request a Refund

Email contact@iiofl.com with your name, order ID, and reason. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unfounded chargebacks may result in account suspension.
