Are the classes live or pre-recorded?

100% live. Every class is a real-time video session with your teacher via Google Meet. There are no pre-recorded videos or self-paced content at IIOFL.

What time zones are supported?

All scheduling is done in Indian Standard Time (IST). Your teacher is based in France but specifically manages class timings to fit Indian learners — mornings, evenings, and weekends in IST.

How do I pay? Can I pay in INR?

Yes! We accept payments in INR, EUR, and USD. Payment methods include credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and UPI (coming soon). All transactions are secure and processed via Stripe.

What is the class format?

We offer 1-on-1 private lessons and small group classes (maximum 4 students). All classes are conducted via Google Meet. Duration is 60 or 90 minutes depending on the course.

Which exams do you prepare for?

We prepare students for DELF (A1, A2, B1, B2), DALF (C1, C2), and DELF Junior. TEF Canada and TCF Canada preparation is coming soon.

Do I need any prior French knowledge to enrol?

Not at all. We welcome complete beginners. Take our free placement test to assess your current level, and we will recommend the right starting point.

Can my child take classes (DELF Junior / school support)?

Yes. We have specific courses for school-age learners following CBSE, ICSE, IB, and IGCSE curricula. Parental consent is required at registration for students under 18.

What if I miss a class?

Missed classes can be rescheduled with 24-hour notice. We understand that life happens — please communicate in advance via WhatsApp.

All enrolled students have access to the IIOFL Student Dashboard, which shows upcoming classes, attendance, payment history, and a summary of your Google Classroom progress. Your teacher also posts resources and assignments in Google Classroom.
