1. Service Description

IIOFL provides live online French language instruction via Google Meet. All courses are delivered in real time; no pre-recorded content is sold or distributed.

2. Enrolment

Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of payment. For students under 18, the enrolling parent/guardian must provide consent and accept these Terms on their behalf.

3. Scheduling

Classes are booked through the student dashboard. Cancellations require 24-hour notice. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) and no-shows may be charged. The school reserves the right to reschedule classes in case of force majeure or teacher illness, with advance notice.

4. Payment

Prices are as displayed on the Pricing page. Payment is due at booking. Accepted currencies: INR, EUR, USD. Payment processed via Stripe (card) or Razorpay (UPI, when available).

6. Code of Conduct

Students must attend classes in a quiet, respectful environment. Disruptive behaviour, recording of sessions without consent, or redistribution of materials are grounds for immediate termination without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All teaching materials, documents, and recordings produced by IIOFL are the intellectual property of the school and may not be reproduced, shared, or sold without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

IIOFL is not responsible for exam results, immigration outcomes, or third-party platform availability (Google, Stripe). Our liability is limited to the value of the paid course pack.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
