Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to enrolments in IIOFL courses purchased from outside the European Union. It explains when a refund is available, how transfers work, and how to make a request. By enrolling, you accept these terms.
How payment works
Payment is made in full by default at the time of enrolment. This payment secures your seat in a limited size group. A two payment option may be offered on request. No interest and no processing charge apply.
Cancelling before your cohort starts
You may cancel at any time before the first live class of your cohort. You have two options:
- A refund of the amount paid, minus a small administrative fee of 2,500 INR, which covers the seat held for you and your onboarding.
- A free transfer of your enrolment to a later cohort, with nothing lost.
To cancel, email contact@iiofl.com before your cohort start date.
Cancelling after your cohort has started
Once the first live class has taken place, the amount paid is non-refundable. Our classes are live and taught in a small group, so a seat that is held and used cannot be resold to another student. If you need to stop for a serious and documented reason, such as a medical situation, please contact us. We review these cases individually and usually offer a credit toward a future cohort rather than a refund.
If IIOFL cancels or reschedules
If we cancel a cohort, or reschedule it to a time you cannot attend, you choose between a full refund of the amount paid or a free transfer to another cohort.
How refunds are made
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 14 days of approval. No cancellation penalty applies beyond the administrative fee described above.
Materials, recordings and certificate
Study materials, mock tests and class recordings are included and provided for the duration of the course. Access is linked to your active enrolment and ends if your enrolment is cancelled. The certificate of achievement is issued only on completion of the course.
